CONGRATULATIONS on the fifth marriage
as a result of the MSO Peary connection!

Congratulations to
Jennifer (Jan) Schwartz (1974) & Jack Marble (1970)
who were wed on February 2, 2005 – Groundhog Day
…. in Punxsutawney, PA!

From Jennifer:

In 1999 I contacted Jack Marble, class of 70, as I was contacting those I’d lost touch with from the listed email addresses. His sister, Jean (class of ’74) was my best friend in high school, & I was always at her house, included in family events, etc. I had quite a crush on Jack at the time, but was too young at that time to be noticed as a potential girlfriend. Within 2 weeks of sending that email, we were dating! But the big news is, we got married on Feb. 2, 2005 up in Punxsutawney, PA (Groundhog Day). Some of those in attendance were: Punxsutawney Phil himself (THE groundhog), His Handler (in black tie, tails & top hat), Lou Knecht (class of ’70) & wife, Cheryl; Rick Porter (class of ’70); and Frank Hearl (class of ’70) with wife, Teresa. Frank took tons of EXCELLENT pictures of the event, & the next day the local paper had a half-page article on us! It was magical, & I’m happier than I’ve ever been in my life! Thanks, MSO!
