Peary Alumni Night at the Races

Several alums from the Classes of 1971, 1972, and 1976 were on-hand during this full moonlit night to bet on the trotters and feast on NY Strip Steak, Orange Roughy, Crabcakes, Beef Tenderloin, and Hot Fudge Sundaes (not to mention plenty of drinks). Our alma mater was announced several times, listed in the program for Race Number 5 (horse number 5 also won this race), and displayed in lights on the track’s main board. Congratulations to Barbara Dentz Riley and Tim Riley for carefully choosing, and betting on, several winners — to go home with some extra cash! We hope you’ll join us in the fall of 1998 when this annual event will be held again.
